The Midlands group had its initial gathering back in Febuary 2015 when 23 people came, it was decided we did not want to run as a separate group so it was decided to have no membership fee and all contact would be made via email to limit costs.
As a group it was decided that we would like to be able to find contacts easily within the same area to aid with buying and selling of stock, to make it easier for new galloway breeders to get involved and find support locally, to try and gather support for some of the local shows to hold just galloway classes instead of being under the ‘any other breed’ umbrella, and promote the breed for its beef.
